CANCELLATION
POLICY / NO-SHOW POLICY If cancellation is necessary, kindly give me a minimum of four-hours to change or cancel your appointments. This allows me the opportunity to schedule other clients that are in need of my services from my waiting list. No-shows will be expected to pay the full service fee. REMINDERS You can request a reminder notice of your appointment. It can be sent via phone call, e-mail or text message. REFUNDS Gift certificates and packages are final sale, no refunds available. If you are unable to use your gift certificate or package another person may use it in your place. |
