Policy on "No Showing" and Cancellations:

 

Kindly give 5 hours notice to Change or cancel an appointment.  Not showing for a massage appointment will result in a payment of the full session rate.  If cancellations are not made within 5 hours, payment of 50% of the reserved session rate is required before rescheduling your next appointment.  If you arrive late to an appointment, you will be charged for the full rate that was reserved for you.  With appropriate cancellation time it is possible to book another client in need of massage services.

 

 

Change of Schedule Due to Illness or Emergency: 

 

This policy is extremely important for everyone's well being. Many of my clients have highly compromised immune systems and are at increased risk of exposure to illness.  If you are within 4 days of a contagious illness such as a cold or flu, please call and reschedule your appointment; I will do the same for you.  I do not charge for this change in schedule.  If you are currently being treated for cancer, and experience changes in your health prior to your scheduled appointment, please do not hesitate to contact me directly via phone at 970.556.3295.

 

 

Right of Refusal:

 

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. This includes but is not limited to those who do not complete medical information as requested by me and those who request treatment outside of my scope of practice. I will also exercise this right if anyone arrives under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs, and I reserve the right to charge for the reserved session time even if services were not rendered.

 

 

Refunds:

 

Gift certificates and packages are final sale, no refunds available.  If you are unable to use your gift certificate or package, another person may use it in your place.
