Jenni Hansen Massage will reopen on June 2nd while abiding by the guidelines and recommendations of our local, state and national regulations, as well as massage regulatory agencies.
I've worked diligently during the closure due to COVID-19 to update my already rigorous sanitation and safety standards. I'm confident that I have raised the bar of hygiene and sanitation, as well as to not compromise my expectation to deliver you an unparalleled massage experience.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Enhanced disinfecting and sanitizing procedures to deep clean surfaces, furniture and equipment. The detailed cleaning checklist will be visible to clients in the massage room.
Meeting or exceeding all state, local and regulatory guidelines relating to sanitizing and disinfecting and PPE.
Clients are required (health requirement of the state) to have their temperature check via touch-less thermometer prior to your massage session. I will self temperature check before work each day.
Clean face masks are required for clients and massage therapist (health requirement of the state). PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED A MASK.

Hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes are available in the massage room and encouraged for client use.
Health screening from each client prior to your appointment via email, text or phone call.
Medical grade H13 True HEPA air purifier will be in the massage room and will clean and circulate the air 12 times every hour.
Avoid shaking hands or hugs. Minimal necessary in-session conversation through the duration of your session is recommended.
Curbside check-in! To respect distancing from other clients and to avoid gathering in the waiting area, you will receive a text message when the room is ready for you.
For extra precautions, all blankets have been removed from the massage room and have been replaced with two sheets for warmth and to protect modesty.
During the neck massage while face up, I will wear a protective face shield as well as my face mask.
If you are experiencing a fever, cough, sore throat, or any form of illness, respectfully reschedule your appointment for when you are no longer symptomatic. You will be asked to reschedule your appointment and denied your reservation if there is any notice of sickness.
Cancellation policy has been modified to offer greater flexibility to you.
To further support you, there will be no penalties for cancellations at this time.
